BRAKE ROTORS

Les Hunter Automotive Rotors
We have a large range of our own high quality rotors. We can do custom rotors from 10" x .81" (256 x 20.6) to 14" x 1.25" (356 x 32) thick, plus a variety of solid rotors.
All our castings manufactured by an ISO 9002 Foundry
All our racing rotors are heat treated
All our large rotors are curved vane, heavy duty
We can machine rotors to comply with FIA homologated sizes

Wilwood & Coleman Rotors
We stock a good selection of the Wilwood range of rotors. Rotors from Wilwood are available from 10" to 13.06" (250 to 332 mm) and from .75" to 1.38" thick (19 to 35 mm). Wilwood also have a very good selection of solid rotors for Speedway, Drag and Street applications. We have regular shipments from Wilwood and any part that is not a normal stock item can be indented in our next order.
Coleman rotors are special order, machined to custom sizes to suit individual requirements.

OEM Replacement Rotors
Aftermarket Replacement Rotors
We are a distributor for DBA (Disc Brake Australia) disc brake rotors. These rotors are a high quality replacement rotor for OEM specifications, are QS9000 Certified and are available for most makes and models as standard applications. These are available in the DBA longlife, longlife slotted and longlife gold for most applications.

Calipers
Outlaw
Series 2000 and 3000 Billet Calipers.
The Outlaw 2000 and 3000 4 pot calipers are manufactured from aluminium billet and anodised. These are a very smart looking caliper manufactured by Outlaw Disc Brakes. We also use these Outlaw calipers on our racing kits as dictated by customer demand.

Wilwood
Wilwood Engineering have a very large range of calipers - both cast and billet. Most of our kits are based around the Dynalite II and Superlite IIA cast calipers. These above calipers have proved very successful and durable in both street and racing applications. We can supply the billet series calipers at customer's request.

PBR
Due to increasing demand by customers for brake kits utlising a factory style caliper, we can supply certain brake kits using the PBR 2 piston sliding calipers.

Our business builds a huge amount of custom brake kits to suit a large variety of cars. We work with individual clients and businesses to provide the right type of brake system for the car and application - this is done to provide the client with the most cost effective system.

Ford Brake Kits for Falcon AUII, AUIII & BA Models
Kit includes:
Rotors 332 diameter x 32 mm thick curved vane with 5 face slots per side
Aluminium adaptor hats 6061-T6 machined to suit (non-anodised)
Wilwood 6 pot Billet Superlite calipers
Brackets machined from mild steel plate
Pads choice of:
Polymatrix Q for street, show - low dust
Polymatrix D for high performance street, good grip cold, reasonably temperature
Polymatrix E for high performance street, good grip, higher temperature
Adaptors supplied to fit caliper and take the 10 x 1mm pitch banjo bolt (Hoses not included)
All mounting bolts, rotor bolts, caliper bolts included
(The kit is a bolt on kit that can be fitted to the car with normal hand tools. The kits have not been designed for any specific rim. Will probably require minimum 17” to clear. Some 16” rims may fit)

Subaru Brake Kits for Legacy, WRX etc
Kit includes:
1 piece top-hat style rotor with diameters from 295 to 330 mm, 28 mm thick (picture shows rotor 320 mm diameter x 28 mm) Flat type rotors with aluminium hats also available.
4 pot billet aluminium calipers manufactured by Outlaw Racing Disc Brakes in the USA to our requirements.
High performance street pads - (racing compounds available for clients who may want to participate in club racing)
Caliper Mounting Brackets - all necessary hardware - adaptors for fitment of factory hose (braided hoses available at extra cost)

Toyota AE86 Front Brake Kit
Kit includes:
Utilising 262 x 20 mm thick top hat style rotors that fit to factory hubs; mounting brackets fabricated in-house; all necessary mounting hardware (does not include hoses); Wilwood 4 pot billet aluminium calipers and Wilwood BP10 compound street pads. Kit comes with plain face rotors. Slotted rotors also available. Kit comes with Black calipers – red calipers are also available.
