These kits feature a 15 mm offset, 12 bolt holes at 30 degree intervals which allows the user to put the plate at maximum caster maximum camber or a combination in between. Adjustment is via removing bolts and turning plates as required. The kit includes:

2 x mounting plates
2 x 19 mm ID spherical bearings
2 x circlips
6 x mounting bolts, spring washers and heavy duty flat washers

Note - the above plate has been designed because the adjustable slotted type tops available do not allow for the adjustment to be utilised correctly. 15 mm offset will give approximately 1 ½ degrees of camber and/or caster over the centrally mounted position.

These kits feature a 27 mm offset, 12 bolt holes at 30 degree intervals which allows the user to put the plate at maximum caster maximum camber or a combination in between. Adjustment is via removing bolts and turning plates as required. The kit includes:

2 x mounting plates
2 x 19 mm ID spherical bearings
2 x circlips
6 x mounting bolts, spring washers and heavy duty flat washers
The above is designed to be used with aluminium top spring mounts and 2 ½” (65 mm) ID springs. Will not work with standard tops. The 27 mm offset gives an additional 2 ½” caster or camber over the centrally mounting position.

TOYOTA HIACE/HILUX DIFF HOUSING ENDS

Les Hunter Racing Products now manufactures housing end kits for Toyota Hiace / Hilux differential housing ends. The kit includes:

2 x new housing ends (with housing side left blank so they can be finished machined to the correct tube diameter)
Bearing spacers
New 80 mm diameter axle bearings
Bearing collars press fit on to axles
New oil seals for housing
Circlip that can be fitted to existing axle groove

This axle housing kit allows the axle to be converted to a normal axle and so the axle can be installed and removed without removing backing plates. It also makes the installation of after-market brake kits and new caliper mounts a lot easier than using the existing Toyota system.

The kit as shown provides a housing to axle flange offset of 58.5 mm. (Other offsets can be offered)
